107: Kelly Scott on Recovering from a Brain Injury, the Truth About the Modeling Industry, and Becoming a Paleo Chef

This week I'm chatting with Kelly Scott from Kelly's Clean Kitchen! Kelly is a paleo chef, model, and part of the Straight Up Paleo podcastteam. In this episode, Kelly and I talk about our visit in South Carolina. Kelly shares more about her health journey, what it was like suffering from a brain injury, and how her recovery led her to a paleo diet. She also shares her struggles with disordered eating and exercise addiction, and we discuss recovering from an eating disorder with a paleo diet. Kelly also discusses what the modeling industry is really like, the pressures put on models, and how it affects women's body image.
