Opening statements in Fox News' high-stakes trial were supposed to start today. But in a surprise twist Sunday night, the judge pushed back the start of the $1.6 billion case until Tuesday. Dominion Voting Systems has accused Fox of knowingly broadcasting lies and conspiracy theories about its voting machines after Donald Trump lost the 2020 election.
