26. Flipping Houses In '87 AND '21! with Jack Pinard
In this week’s episode of the KCREatingwealth Podcast, I had the amazing pleasure of having a really cool guest with a very interesting story on the show! His name is Jack Pinard, a grizzled veteran of the property flipping world. Back in 1987, he began to buy and renovate neglected properties. He used his profits to pursue his first love—building a recording studio. In 2002 he brought that multimedia experience to students and ran the media department in a public school system for 17 years. Now he’s back full circle, operating Summit Buys Houses in Massachusetts and is currently launching The Homeowner Journal blog. We chatted about a ton of super interesting topics including jumping into real estate investing from weekend seminars, persisting for off market deals through different mediums, creating multiple ways to earn from one transaction, and so much more!
