Can Canada strip Elon Musk of his Canadian citizenship? (Meika Lalonde)

Elon Musk said Canada isn't a real country, so perhaps Canada should take away his real passport? That's what a parliamentary petition originating in Nanaimo B.C. wants! This is VANCOLOUR host Mo Amir asks lawyer Meika Lalonde (McCrea Immigration Law) whether or not the Canadian government can legally strip Musk of his Canadian citizenship.
