In this weeks My Thoughts Monday I reflect on the last book I read during this round of the 75 Hard Program, and that is Andy Frisella’s book on the program, 75 Hard. In his book he has a great Q and A section where he discusses different different ways people sabotage their ability to reach their goals. This has sparked a couple new thought processes for me when it comes to developing and progressing the programs for each individual athlete. This, HOPEFULLY, will increase “buy-in” for each athlete, thus improving the results of said training program.
