Today my guest is my good friend and fellow gym owner TJ Lopez.

TJ owns AMP Athletic Movement Protocol I Syosset NY. He was CC Sabathia’s Personal Trainer for nearly a decade and has worked with numerous pro athletes.

He now runs a top-notch facility that caters to both athletes and adult fitness. Like most in the industry the past year has been tough, but AMP is poised for a big 2021.
