- Receiving guidance and encouragement from our Holy Guardian Angels (our deepest, most authentic selves) for the next step in living out our purpose.
- Using ritual techniques to restore our energy and sense of wellbeing
- Releasing outmoded beliefs from our bodies and using intention and guided meditation.
