When Julia Busuttil Nishimura released her debut book, Ostro, she didn’t expect to win acclaim from famous food personalities like Jamie Oliver and Nigella Lawson as well as be short-listed for the 2018 ABIA ‘Illustrated Book of the Year’ and Gourmet Traveller’s ‘Best Food Books for 2017.’ Four years later, she is now preparing for the release of her second highly-anticipated cookbook, A Year of Simple Family Food.
