Jen Saxton is the founder and CEO of Tot Squad. Jennifer received her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, her BS in Math at Duke. She is the mom of two little girls Charlotte 4 and Sophie 2. She started her journey 15 years ago becoming a certified car seat safety expert and grew Tot Squad into becoming an expert in car seat and baby gear installation, cleaning and safety services at locations across the US. Jen knew in order to grow her business she would need to figure out how to pivot. So, she looked across the market and aligned Tot Squad’s mission to help make parents’ lives easier by connecting them with the experts they need virtually and in-person. Since making the pivot, Tot Squad has raised close to $2MM with the aspiration to transform the baby world. Jen has been features in The Wall Street Journal, CNBC, Entrepreneur Magazine, INC Magazine, Fast Company, Bloomberg Business Week, and Forbes, among others.
