Declining birth rates in Xinjiang, achieving net zero by 2050, fuel pipeline cyber-attack

Recently, ASPI’s International Cyber Policy Centre released a new report which found that birth rates in Uyghur-majority areas in Xinjiang have fallen by unprecedented amounts since 2017.
