In this week's episode I was joined by a coach who has a roster of national and international champions in multiple sports, as well as being competitive in a number of sports himself, Amir Fazeli. It was awesome to chat with Amir who has competed in sports such as powerlifting, kickboxing, and wrestling and to get an insight into the lessons he has learned and how he has applied them to his own coaching.
