The Commanders have granted Allen permission to seek a trade, but they need to be adding talent, not subtracting. Finally, Travis Kelce's playing status is still up in the air, but according to Brett Veach, Kansas City Chiefs GM, Kelce should return. The question is, can Kelce still make a big impact?
