Michael Moon and Steven Gans: How to Make Better Decisions in the Age of Chaos

Dr Steven Gans is the founder and former chairman of the London Institute for Management Studies. He was previously a Professor and Supervisor at Antioch University in California. He is the author of Just Listening: Ethics and Therapy by Steven Gans and Leon Redler. He is an expert in the field of Active / Reflective listening. He is also a facilitator and mentor and has worked with many different people in many different capacities. He is known for his dedication, enthusiasm, and ability to always see the positive in any situation. He is a great listener and motivator and is someone who genuinely cares about helping others.
