When Fitness Meets Motherhood with Miranda Alcaraz

This week on The MiFit Podcast I had the chance to chat with Miranda Alcaraz. Miranda Alcaraz, formerly known as Miranda Oldroyd is a former CrossFit Games athlete, former CrossFit affiliate owners, a mother, and founder of Street Parking. Miranda found her way into CrossFit during its infant stages and was as major part of the early growth of the sport. Miranda is now retired from competing and as a healthy look at fitness as well as running a major business. It was a pleasure to chat with Miranda and hear her get pretty vulnerable about the struggles she went through in her life and how she has become the woman and mom she is today.
