This month we discussed the book "Escaping the Build Trap" together with the author Melissa Perri and other Product Managers.
We all shared our main take aways from the book, experiences on the build trap and discussed with Melissa about product-led organizations, why is it so difficult to really measure value, tips on sharing value when you are a team working on a legacy product among many other topics.
