Terri S. Johnson, CRE, co-founder and managing partner of Capstan Tax Strategies, is dedicated to helping commercial real estate owners and investors achieve significant tax savings through engineering-based tax strategies. With 24 years of experience, Terri is a renowned expert in cost segregation, having authored articles, appeared on podcasts, and spoken nationally. She educates the public on real estate tax incentives and provides tailored training sessions for clients.
