Triage - how we work out who needs healthcare and attention first and foremost

Triage is increasingly being used in healthcare outside the emergency setting to help filter urgent from non-urgent. 

With the growing use of artificial intelligence, triage algorithms are becoming more reliable. I look at the pros and cons of triage from the view point of both patient and practitioner.
