We will discuss the key takeaways from the research including the recommendation to perform 20-30 min of aerobic exercise. This bout gets them in the intensive zone, creates aerobic priming that helps them get the heart rate up, so their brain is primed for learning during cognitive, functional or gait activities in the session.
