Today I had the chance to sit down with one of the greatest Breaststrokers of all time. Brendan has broken the world record on multiple occasions and has won a total of 25 international medals. Getting the chance to talk with Brendan was truly a full circle moment for me as I grew up watching him represent USA in the 2004, 2008, and 2012 games. He offers a great perspective for our current athletes, especially those dealing with their seasons being uprooted with all that is happening right now.
