Evgeny Shadchnev is the ex-CEO and Founder at Makers, a leading tech training provider in the UK, with customers like Google, Apple, Microsoft and over 300+ other companies.
While successfully launching and scaling the company, he faced increasing stress from challenges in both his work and personal life.
Fortunately, like the boiling frog who realizes the danger in time, Evgeny was able to listen to himself and jump out of the pot. He made the decision to step down as CEO and find a successor.
