The Trump administration has argued that lower courts were abusing their power and using injunctions to halt parts of the administration's agenda, including President Trump’s executive order on birthright citizenship.

Former federal prosecutor Jim Trusty recently joined FOX News Rundown host Dave Anthony to discuss the significance of this ruling and how it could impact the Democrats' efforts to slow or stop some of President Trump's policies.
