#40 - Is it stress or is it perimenopause with Dr. Fionnuala Barton

Perimenopause and the symptoms of stress can overlap quite significantly, especially when it comes to mood, sleep and energy. And as Dr. Barton and I talk about in this episode, that overlap puts some women at a disadvantage when seeking care.

Dr Fionnuala is a GP, women’s health doctor, and member of the British Menopause Society. She is passionate about empowering women to optimise their physical and emotional wellness using a proactive, informative, and holistic approach to Perimenopause and menopause. Drawing on both clinical and personal experiences she provides consultations remotely via video or in person in Hertfordshire to integrate evidence-based and personalised HRT regimes in an empathetic and collaborative way.
