Why Is Sex So Taboo?

While it sometimes appears that sex is everywhere, healthy expressions and education on sex are often suppressed and considered taboo. Many people struggle to talk about sex with their partners. Society struggles with how to educate children about sex. In this episode of The Love Lab Podcast, Kevin Anthony dives into the roots of why sexuality is so suppressed, the problems that occur when we suppress sexuality, the benefits of healthy expressions of sexuality, and how each person can begin to liberate their own sexuality and help shift society.
