Michael began his career in the insurance industry as a college intern, and opened his agency several years later in April 2014. After starting his own agency from scratch, Michael went on to become one of the Top 50 out of 19,000+ agents. 

His success as a business-owner, coupled with his desire to help other agents transform their agencies, led to the creation of The Weaver Sales Academy. The Weaver Sales Academy is a sales coaching and training firm for insurance professionals that helps train their team and create excellent sales processes.
