One of the many lessons that 2020 taught us all is the power of community and just how much we may have taken it for granted in previous years. It has left many of us hungering for its return, and wondering how to achieve it now, and just what that might look like. Matt and Garrett have been watching this evolve and have witnessed some agents who are embracing the changes and are coming up with very creative ways to manage them, and they share some examples with you here today.

As they point out, the 'good old days' version of community is not going to be returning.
