Episode 6: From Corporate to Conscious with Giovanni Bartolomeo

Giovanni is the living example that if you don’t love your career and you dread going to work everyday, you can discover and develop a new skill that will totally change your life. He walked away from his corporate career when he discovered the power of breathwork. After training with Wim Hoff and becoming the first certified Canadian facilitator, he knew that he wanted to share this powerful modality with as many people as he possibly can. He took the leap and created the Elemental Wellness studio, and developed his own unique style of breathwork called Elemental Rhythm. Giovanni is now teaching and training others to become a certified Elemental Rhythm facilitator as well. 

In this episode Giovanni shares his journey of choosing to leave the comfort and security of his corporate career and step into the unknown, trusting his intuition and leaning into his purpose.
