It's something we all do over 22,000 times a day but most of us aren’t doing it properly. Breathing properly can reduce our blood pressure, lower stress hormones, improve our workouts, boost our immune system and give us more energy. So where do we start?

Aimee Hartley is the founder of the Breathing Room. She’s a breath coach and has been teaching people to breathe for over 10 years, she’s even developed a breathing program for schools in the UK and in Australia.

Over 25 minutes Aimee teaches us the basics of effective breathing plus she gives us some breath techniques to help us tackle anxiety, boost our workouts and to drift off to sleep with ease.
