Mark Felix is Group Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Commercial Officer for The AA. Previously he was part of the Executive team at MoneySupermarket.com, responsible for the Insurance & Energy divisions as well as Brand, Customer and Operations. Prior to this he held senior Digital Leadership roles as Online Director at John Lewis and Head of Online at Sainsburys. Mark is an experienced executive digital leader with vast experience leading large teams across multiple sectors and industries. His deep digital, commercial, marketing, analytical and strategic skills were born from an early career in strategy consulting.
