Seeking financial freedom is much like going after any personal breakthrough in life. A few things need to come into play in order to move the needle. Alex Hao Li talks about these elements of financial freedom and refers to them as pillars. In structural engineering, pillars support beams and arches where the ceilings rest upon. If any of the pillars is compromised or missing, the structure weakens. It's the same thing with financial freedom. When we fail to unlock and integrate critical pillars into our game plan, it hinders our ability to achieve a financial breakthrough.
