Today we have with us Manu Pillai. Manu is the author of the recently released book Gods, Guns, and Missionaries, which explores how European missionaries and colonialism shaped modern Hinduism. In addition to this latest work, he has authored five other remarkable books. He is, without a doubt, one of my favorite voices to listen to these days—a historian who has truly made talking about history exciting and, dare I say, cool.
