Great discussion with former teammate, long-time friend, and mammoth of a human being Jon Toth. After a dominant career at University of Kentucky, Jon injured his back just weeks before the NFL combine. A projected mid-round pick, Jon has had to fight his way back into the NFL after teams passed on him due to his injury. He's bounced from the Jets, Rams, Browns, Eagles, and more the past several years.
We talked about the difficulty of investing so much energy and focus into something with zero guarantee of success and how he's staying disciplined despite that.
