Today on the show Jayson talks about how we can work on ourselves to get in the right mindset to escape the 9 to 5 life. Why it’s so important to find time for ourselves and the people in our lives. If you don’t, you might feel like you’re always behind, you’re always trying to catch up. 

When you’re able to reflect on the day, whether it’s in the morning, reflecting on what you can improve on that day, or at night, thinking about your accomplishments that day, and what you’ll be able to accomplish the next day.

If you want something bad enough, nothing can stop you from achieving it!
