In this episode, I talk about how my Diagnosis class got me feeling Imposter Syndrome. Imposter Syndrome is a thought pattern in which you doubt your own abilities. Although this is not an actual mental health disorder, it is a known term that describes someone who feels they are not capable as others think and fears they will be exposed.
This class made me realize just how challenging it is to diagnose. While this was a fun class because of how it was structured, it got me feeling some type of way. It is not the first time feel imposter syndrome, and I am sure it will not be the last.
