Richmond’s esteemed triple premiership president Peggy O’Neal is a special guest on the latest episode of the Club’s premier podcast Talking Tigers.

Peggy recounts her fascinating journey from a small mining community in West Virginia, USA to the presidential chair at Tigerland.

She talks about the board’s decision to totally back coach Damien Hardwick in at the end of a disappointing 2016 season, and how that proved to be such a significant turning point for the Club.

And Peggy tells why the glorious, drought-breaking 2017 Grand Final triumph over Adelaide, that followed 12 months later, is her favourite of the three Tiger flags won while she has been president.
