When it comes to real estate, we all know that relationship building is a crucial skill. However, this aspect of the industry may not come naturally to everyone. In today's minisode, host Liz Faircloth shares tips on how to master relationship building as an introvert.  If building relationships is difficult for you, Liz explains that you want to get clear on two things: the who and the how. First, identify who is important to you and who you want to do business with. Then, develop a plan for how you will build that relationship. Liz explains that the “how” portion does not always require you to have a drawn out conversation; instead, this part of the process can sometimes be delegated to other members of your team or even a social media campaign. However, if you consider yourself an introvert, it is crucial that you intentionally create time for honing your relationship building skills, or else it probably won't happen.  No matter how you approach it, the most important step towards establishing meaningful relationships is staying true to yourself.
