306: Giving Your Loved Ones the Gift of Experiences

I want to dedicate this episode to my dear friend, Michelle, who was recently promoted to heaven. She and I were diagnosed with cancer around the same time, and her journey was a very public one. She made waves in healthcare and the community.

In July, she took a trip to Thailand with her family. She announced over instagram "For the next two weeks, I'll spend my time the most important way, making memories with my kids."

In light of her example, today I want to talk about living life on our own terms, and infusing the deep connection we desire with our families.

I have prepared a ton of examples of how you can give experiences to your loved ones over gifts this holiday season.
