Tom Cronin is an internationally renowned speaker and corporate meditation and mindfulness trainer. He is the co-producer of The Portal, an experiential documentary created as part of a bold, global vision to overcome the chronic levels of anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma that we are facing today. Known as 'The King of Calm’, Tom is recognized for his programs on leadership, stress management, mindfulness, and empowerment as a leadership expert.
Tom spent 26 years in finance markets as one of Sydney’s leading bond and swap brokers. He discovered meditation in the early stages of his career, when the anxiety and chaos he was experiencing had hit a crisis point, and it completely transformed his world, both personally and professionally. He spent 25 years studying eastern philosophy, spirituality, meditation, and mindfulness and has a unique capacity to blend those two worlds in his inspiring and moving presentations in support of his mission to reduce stress and chaos in people’s lives.
