Many women believe that they will feel confident when they reach the perfect weight, look a certain way or find the ideal diet.  Yet, if this were true, why are millions of conventionally beautiful women worldwide, struggling with their confidence? I'm chatting to my beautiful friend Laura Phelan, who overcame anorexia to become a renowned Eating Disorder Specialist, Speaker and Founder of 'Phelan Well'. We discuss how to begin healing your relationship with food, body image and disordered eating, and how you can start cutting through the noise in a society that tells you to shrink yourself to be happier. In this raw and real conversation, we both share our own stories of food struggles, healing our relationship with ourselves and how our challenges have led us to the deeply fulfilling work we do now.
