"It would be a lot of sensory overload, it would be alot of socializing I didn’t want to do, I would be uncomfortable the whole time, tired and overwhelmed, and didn’t feel in alignment in the relationship with my soon to be husband", says Becca Lory Hector in thinking about the planning of her wedding day.
