This month I had the opportunity to sit down with Tony Quatrini. Tony was named Pittsburgh Steelers Director of Marketing in March 2000. He is responsible for all marketing, broadcasting and sales efforts for both the Steelers and Heinz Field. Previously, he held the positions of: General Sales Manager at FOX Sports Net Pittsburgh, Account Executive for WTAE-TV and Director of Sports Marketing for the Steelers Radio Network.Tony is currently a board member for the American Ireland Fund of Pittsburgh, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Pittsburgh, and the Highmark Caring Foundation.Tony is a committee member for the Extra Mile Foundation golf outing, which supports the education of urban children in Pittsburgh area schools. He is also a committee member of the Hoge-Starks-Ward Celebrity Golf Classic, an event that raises revenue to benefit grieving children at the Highmark Caring Place.
