Being an "influencer" on social media has become overcomplicated, especially in the coaching space. To influence means to have an effect on the behavior of another individual and that is what our content should ultimately do. Once I stopped comparing myself to other coaches and started putting out the education and content I wanted address, my account and impact grew.
