Since he began his journey with climbing at age 18 he has step by step experimented and refined his methods of training for a variety of goals. His list of career highlights includes over 350 5.14s, 5.14 traditional routes, over a dozen 5.15s, boulder problems up to V14 and 5.14 big wall ascents.
