Today, we are joined by Alyssa, author of Nonmonogamy and Neurodiversity, to discuss how the two interact. We talk about how non-monogamy can be uniquely suited to neurodiverse people, and how finding non-monogamy can be a freeing experience for some with neurodiversities.

We also unpack some of the challenges neurodiverse individuals might have with non-monogamy including rejection sensitivity dysphoria or alexithymia.
