How to Identify Domestic Abuse Red Flags and Abusive Relationships

In this episode I share my deeply personal experiences of domestic abuse, aiming to shed light on the complexities and red flags of such relationships within a mental health context. Throughout the narrative, I emphasize the inherent dangers of manipulation and the importance of recognizing harmful dynamics for what they are. Amidst the pain and trauma, my experiences with resilient figures like Ann, who stood up to my abuser, serve as a beacon of hope, demonstrating that it is possible to escape the cycle of violence, reclaim self-love and respect, and foster healthier relationships and better mental health.
