Flow State Business How To Turn Negativity Into Flow
At any time during our business development, things can sometimes feel a bit off. Instead of working within the light, the positivity and the “anything is possible” attitude, we can feel very down.
It all feels hard, our sales are low, conversions are low and we feel like nothing is working. That my friends, is what Abraham Hicks would refer to as “upstream” thinking. When you think about what it’s like to operate as if you’re fighting against the natural flow, it’s absolutely exhausting, and it’s not surprising that everything feels hard.
I feel this way too sometimes. I’m in the shadow. I want to be “there” and wonder why I’m still “here”. It’s not a fun place to be, and it’s tricky to navigate.
So what do I do to move through it?
I have a few techniques that work really well for me and it all centers on establishing where I’m at. Where is my energy right now and how can I shift it? For me, this looks like journaling, gratitude and positive action.
Things aren’t going to happen quickly a lot of the time and there will be frustrations all over the place, but how you deal with these is where you will find the key to establishing your flow.
