Kenny owns a studio in Tennesee, 51 Fitness, where he works to help clients heal themselves of pain and dysfunction. We speak about our relationship to racing as master’s athletes, and our somewhat parallel paths in the sport of cycling and holistic coaching, and Kenny talks about meeting the client where they are by becoming the “hollow bone”.
