Amelia Nagoski is the co-author, with her sister Emily, of the New York Times bestselling book, Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle and the Burnout workbook. She has a Doctorate of Musical Arts and her job is to run around waving her arms and making funny noises and generally doing whatever it takes to help singers get in touch with their internal experience.
