It is also helpful to create a knowledge triangle, which involves identifying the top three books, seminars, and industry experts in your field, to enhance your knowledge and expertise.

Even if you feel you don't have a specific skill, you can still add value by bringing people together. By organizing events or dinners and inviting people who should get to know each other, you become valuable to them. This strategy was exemplified by the experience of Scott Olford, an entrepreneur who built a valuable network by hosting founders' lunches and organizing dinners.
