Body image and health is a topic that we knew we had to talk about again on the podcast, because it’s something that we’ve both been on a journey with over the past year. Today we’re opening the conversation on body image back up and diving deeper into what this process has looked like for us.

We also thought it would be fun to have our friend Nina join us to share her thoughts. The 3 of us just did a swimsuit try-on together showing them to our Instagram followers, and she has some awesome insights that we wanted to share with you in this episode.
