I had a sit down with an incredibly inspiring individual, Matt Hayes.

Matt is blowing up Insta right now with his @theheathenmachine posts and videos and he is the epitome of ACTION backed up with MEANINGFUL and AUTHENTIC words.

After leaving the Military, serving years as a United States Marine he has found his way to discovering his purpose and he shares these body and mind insights in an awesome way, both in this show and on his platforms including his own podcast " The HeathenMachine Chronicles."

What blew my mind was when he shared how he went from being Hostile and Lost to becoming Empathetic, Grateful and full of Gratitude. I won't spoil it here but it's an AWESOME listen!
